| In 2022, 15U, 13U, 11U and 9U Community-Based Programs and Teams | 
| ·         are registered members of the Newfoundland and Labrador Ball Hockey Association | 
| ·         play within a defined age group (15U, 13U, 11U and 9U) locally | 
| ·         participate in organized and sanctioned practices, scrimmages and competition games | 
| Community Based Programs and Teams (other logistics for 2022) | 
| ·         registered community-based programs and teams will receive priority to register in the NLBHA regional and provincial events during the 2022 ball hockey season | 
| ·         registered community based programs and teams are permitted to participate in provincial age-group tournaments using registered players; registered players with a NLBHA sanctioned program or team, must participate in provincial (9U, 11U, 13U and 15U) tournaments with their registered program or team | 
| ·         NLBHA will provide flexibility for low populated communities to develop sanctioned programs and teams within their locality | 
| ·         if needed, the NLBHA will assist players in connecting with a community-based team if a minor ball hockey program does not exist in their community | 
| ·         teams not participating as part of community based programs, may submit an application to the NLBHA for review and approval at a minimum of 21 days prior to the start of the provincial tournament using a NLBHA roster registration form. Teams not participating as part of community based programs will receive priority after CBTs to register for provincial age group tournaments. | 
| ·         only NLBHA sanctioned programs and teams may participate in NLBHA provincial and regional events and exhibition games using NLBHA officials |
